Terrible , the white marking have completely come off and we have hardly used it. I don’t recommend this product at all

Extremely bad product. The circuit board blew off only after 3months of using. As the product was under warranty, called the service centre of singer. They same some technician with literally zero knowledge. He did some change which was clearly incompatible with our induction model and during testing he actually blew one of the phase of our house. He left after that saying it will be okay after 1hour but the mcb was tripped. How can it be okay? Such bad service by singer.

The induction didn’t turned ON at all. I tried everything, read the manual twice, but it refused to work.
I put a lot of faith in this Indian company, Sadly, I’ve lost it now, and this is probably my first and the last purchase of any product tagged “Singer” 🙁

Still checking,but takes too long to heat things.If I set the timer it doesn’t set instead it automatically sets to the volts.There is no function to change the type of cooking midway.To change that u again have to go back and start from the start if u want to change to a function which comes before the present one.The package was torn inside.The power cord is too small and I expect such branded companies when we buy a product on Amazon with such high cost ,to always send it in a proper protective bag.
Got the product v late and the quality of functioning is not up to the mark considering the brand Singer.
Takes too long to heat things.There is no pause button nor the timer works.This problem was with all other brands too then why simply put the timer button when it does not function at all.It doesn’t accept the timer function.The only nice thing about the product is the weight which is less.
A brand and famous company like Singer could have done much better to gain more valuable customers.
The function of “heat milk”functions only after 6 to 7mins.It starts to warm only after 6to 7min.The package was torn.The base of the carton’s width so small that it keeps on tilting and falling.The main problem is with the heat milk function,as in between too it stops to get heated or warmed or boiled.
Had such harrowing experience with all inductions and their package,I then ordered singer thinking it is branded and won’t show such problems like others but here the liquid doesn’t heat only with heat milk option enabled.
So exhausted!

When we tried to start this singer induction with first use……It was showing E3 and It was not working…..And the other induction I have … Working properly….With same electricity…..Defective product

I ordered it as a gift to a hospital ward and when they opened it a week later and used it ,it would not heat.light was on but not working.they contacted me and told me it is not working by the time 10 day window period was over.
Never order Amazon product as a gift
No guarantee of quality.You will lose your face.actually doesn’t deserve a star. Wish there were something called a minus star.
